Kitchenguys was founded sixteen years ago by Michael Gaffin, but for years Michael's father and mother had a commercial kitchen supply and design store. The store played a part in designing and opening many restaurants in the Providence area. The business flourished for over thirty years, finally Allen decided to retire.
