Unempathetic and Judge Mental Staff! Bob and his staff could use continuing educational classes in Addictions 101, Ethics and Dale Carnegie's course How to Win Friends and Influence People. Individuals who work in Drug & Alcohol work tirelessly to be their patients biggest cheerleaders and advocates only to be continuously be blocked by pharmacy staff who choose to remain uneducated in addiction.

Ive been dealing with Bobby, Wanda and Cindy as well as the other staff for about 15 years. They are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing. If they dont have something, they will get it usually for the next day.
