Ive been a patient here for about 7 years now and I had never had any issues until now. I dont usually complain about things, but this time I feel like I need to. It all started a couple weeks ago. I was supposed to get a call from my doctor, Juliette, because I had gotten a positive rapid covid test and I needed medication. I was told I would get a call from the provider at around 3:30 pm so I waited patiently because I know how busy they get. The service was fine. However, when 2 patients check in at the same time, service the patient with an appointment before you service the walkin patient . I waited 25 min before they saw me. The walkin patient was seen in 5 min. The doctor service told me only 5 min, the ex- ray was done iin

Dr. Polasa is very quick to find out what my medical problem is, thoughtful and detailed. The medical staff and office personnel are friendly and helpful. If my doctor is not available as quickly as I need help I still get very good medical care from some one on duty, urgent care and emergency if needed. I highly recommend Apex medical group.

Dr Devireddy .is very Rude and disrespectful.I made sure to let him know he was offending me.plus he doesn't listen to you. I personally felt rushed .he kept looking at his watch and didn't listen to my problems.called me a name I wish not to repeat.he needs to be trained on how to treat people and think before he talks.This guy is no good..soon as my treatment is over I'm moving on..

My experience with AMGLB at best is average. I wouldn't consider this office if you are experiencing medical issues requiring thorough attention. I have tried many facility in town including Merced. Unfortunately they are all the same. They provide mediocre care, write you prescriptions, and decline to refer you to specialist who may be better suited to diagnose your complaints. If you are referred out and have Central California Alliance as a secondary, you're looking at similar experiences.
