I'm very impressed with the job that was done with the home inspection. I was present and so what is thorough job he did. He even used a laser level to check the level of the floors, thermal imaging scan tool and also checked for moisture with a meter. He took many many pictures and left no detail untouched. Of all the choices of home inspectors you could use I would choose all clear every time. He was very patient and never hesitated to stop and explain everything he found. He wasn't too picky condemning every little thing but used wisdom to explain options.

We are in the process of buying our first home and had Carl come in and do our home inspection and were so pleased with his inspection report! It was incredibly detailed with many photos and detailed descriptions that are very helpful in deciding what we would like fixed. He was able to schedule us promptly, confirmed the appointment time and even called afterwards to make sure we got the report and if we had any questions. Highly recommend using them!
