Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) comes from the Prague School of Rehabilitation of Czechia and stems from the work of Drs. Vojta and Kolar who studied children born with neuromuscular deficits such as cerebral palsy. These methods are utilized in neuromuscular rehabilitation to re-educate the movement patterns that were ingrained since birth and may have become faulty due to chronic lifestyle dysfunction, injury, or trauma.
