The National Fire Protection Association recommends annual chimney inspections and cleaning. More frequent service may be needed for heavy usage or visible creosote buildup.
What are creosote dangers?
Creosote is a flammable byproduct of wood burning that reduces chimney efficiency and creates fire hazards. Our cleaning process removes all buildup to prevent dangerous chimney fires.
Do you service both residential and commercial properties?
Yes, we provide chimney maintenance for both residential homes and commercial buildings including fireplace inspections, vent cleaning, and structural repairs.
Are your technicians certified?
All our technicians receive CSIA-certified training and follow NFPA #211 Fire Code standards. Our master sweeps have completed specialized training through industry professionals.
What areas do you service?
We serve Mobile County and Baldwin County, Alabama, providing chimney maintenance services throughout the Gulf Coast region from our Mobile base.
How long does a chimney inspection take?
Basic inspections typically take 45-60 minutes. Comprehensive Level 3 inspections with video diagnostics require additional time to document all system components thoroughly.

I was waiting for a call for almost a month and when I called back the lady told me she needed to find some information and she would call me back and still waiting for her. But professional, liars and playing with the people and their time. I dont recommend this business for anyone.

They were on time. They were quick and efficient. They were clean and finished the job exactly the way they said they would. It is pretty pricey, though. Be prepared.

I had a $2500 quote from a different chimney sweep company with lots of "repairs" needed. I called coastal chimney sweep and he came back with a $650 quote! He said I didn't need all the work the other company tried to push on me. He came back within a few days to clean and fix my chimney with no problems! Would highly recommend this company!!
