Customer service is amazing !!!! I work the machine very hard and every time I have an issue the technical team is always extremely easy to get a hold of as well quick to fix the problem for you. Would highly recommend.

This company is legit! The Mop-it floor cleaner is simple and easy to use plus easy to maintain. I do our maintenance on their equipment for our stores and if I need any tech help they are on top of it. Parts are sent out same day, if I havent missed shipping time. Super helpful on any questions with products, chemicals, & issues with the mop-it. Our stores love the Mop-it! We are a convenient store company. Lots of foot traffic, drink spills and messes. Super easy for staff to use and a time saver. Plus, our staff isnt mopping over the floors with the same dirty water or spreading sticky

The Mopit 5 does exactly what I had hoped-for. The first time I ran it over, what I thought was a clean floor of our wedding venue, you could see the difference. A contant supply of (clean) cleaning solution instead of mop and bucket is a huge advantage. Not only does this save time and effort, I also know my floors are squeaky clean. Customer service is top notch, they are quick to address my needs and then they put in a little extra. I highly recommend Spectrum Industrial Products.
