Please be advised that due to increase demand, we are currently scheduling construction approximately 3-4 months out from contract signing. This is an estimate and can move forward or backward depending on many factors. If you are not looking to build in the immediate future, we recommend waiting closer to your projected build time to schedule your preliminary evaluation as the proposal pricing is only valid for 60 days.

What this means is that the gunite structure will hold water for as long as you live in your home. Like all warranties, this is only as good as the company backing it. Some companies, including Backyard Amenities, will transfer the warranty time if you happen to sell your home during the warranty period.

The building of your new pool requires the scheduling and coordinating of nearly 100 craftsmen and supporting personnel. Involved also are dozens of vehicles, ranging from small trucks to tractors and gunite rigs. In one way or another, all are involved in the necessary process of removing, delivering, installing and finishing literally tons of materials.

FNS Plus Filters are designed with curved grids to maximize filtration area. More filter area means better performance and longer periods between cleanings. The internal design has been refined to minimize flow restrictions and, therefore, requires minimal pumping power to achieve a needed flow rate.
