When dealing with the long and lengthy process of closing on a property, the last thing you want to have to worry about is a dishonest and incomplete title company. I can say without any shadow of a doubt after dealing with this company, you do need to
1) Hire a Real Estate attorney, and not the one who owns and manages this company conflict of interest perhaps?
2) READ CAREFULLY and diligently through the paper work. Dont just take the closing agents word. It will undoubtedly mislead you.
3) Do not sign anything until all of your questions have been answered AND RESOLVED.
4) Video and
