Tiboni, Esq., a graduate of Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA in 1988, and Seton Hall School of Law, Newark, NJ in 1993, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. After law school, Mr. Tiboni served as a judicial law clerk for the the Honorable Carol A. Ferentz, P.J.Civ., Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division.
