Buying a pool is a big deal and a significant investment so I am really glad I decided to go with Chapman-Wilson for this big decision. The prices were very reasonable, definitely the best out of any of the licensed/insured general contractors we received quotes from. Once this crew gets started they move fast, we could have easily had a pool in a little over two weeks if it were not for the rain.

Very professional company. They redone the concrete around my 20x40 pool and replaced the liner and the pump. If there were issues they cleared them up pronto. Billy Nichols was very professional. Ed the project manager was there when we needed him. Mr Wilson was exceptionally easy to work with also. Would recommend highly.

Chapman-Wilson installed new replacement windows and a new roof on my home. Everyone in this organization was first-class and professional, from the front office to the installation team. They did an excellent job and their follow-up as well as communications with me during the project was exceptional. I have completely enjoyed the improvements to my home, particularly the new windows. They have made a huge difference in the appearance of my home as well as the energy efficiency of my home. I would definitely use Chapman-Wilson again for my home improvement/repair needs.

Just had my bathroom remodeled and again they outperformed themselves and went beyond my expectation. After shopping around, they helped me maintain spending within my budget. They completed the job right on… time and the personnel were very professional. This is not the first time I dealt with Chapman-Wilson. They worked on the siding on my house and when completed company representative came over and inspected the work. He found some discrepancies and had the workers return the next day to make those corrections. I was pleased with the work, I had them return to build a deck in the front

I never even got to see their work. I had them do a walk-through for a bathroom remodel, for which they were on time and very professional. After that I didn't receive the estimate promised, a phone call, email… or anything. I called them a month and a half after the walk through to see if they were still working on the estimate, or just ignoring me. They not only were rude to me and acted like it was my fault, but they said they would call me back. Of course they never called. You don't treat potential customers this way. Not sure how they're still in business treating people like this

Excessive prices and terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We had a timer go bad on the pool at our home we just bought (we didn't have the pool installed). I called and told them that the switch went bad expecting them to give me an estimate. They said we will send someone out. There was no mention of a fee for… someone to come out. After a week (and a phone call) I was sent an estimate for $690 to replace the switch $350 of which was labor alone. I had already called and gotten estimates from electricians. The highest was $500! Also a bill for $101 for the "service

I decided to use Chapman Wilson this season for our pool. The staff is very professional. They worked out a plan that fits within my budget, they show up when they are supposed to, and they call if they are going to be late. I called them on a Saturday to come out and check the pool before a big party that I planned and they came out just to make sure everything was to my liking. I'm very satisfied with the service that Chapman-Wilson is providing. I will be sure to refer them to others who may need pool services.
