Terrible doctor. Saw her years ago. Had a few appointments with her and two terrible experiences. I recall her being arrogant and dismissive. I was young and ignorant and didn't know that I should've challenged her on her diagnoses and recommendations. Live and learn. I write this so that others avoid her and find better care from a more caring doctor.

It doesn't matter where I live in the world. I will always ALWAYS come back for Joyce and her team. They have been taking care of me for over a decade, and I walk out of every appointment feeling so safe, re-assured, and comfortable in my own skin. Chams is the best in the game.

I did a lot of research to find an OB/GYN with great reviews so I was hopeful Dr. Chams would be awesome. There was a 6 week wait just for a regular office visit. Unfortunately I felt like she wasn't interested in me as a patient and tried to get me out of her office as soon as possible. I will not be returning. I was further upset by her office visit price. It was $200 after my decent PPO insurance, just for her to speak with me. Very disappointing, it seems this doctor is more interested in money than helping people from my impression.

I can't image a better doctor's office experience. Dr. Chams is so friendly, understanding, thorough, kind, and compassionate. I've been to 6 or more gynecologists trying to find the right fit, and Dr. Joyce Chams is above and beyond amazing. I especially appreciated that she does bloodwork/wellness panels that I would normally have to go to a primary care doctor for. She calls back every patient personally if there is an issue with the exam or panels--which is just simply amazing! She's more than a gynecologist. She is an advocate for women and their wellbeing.
