Our school's music teachers and administration professionals are passionate about music education and have a strong desire to share and teach to students of all ages. For more than 50 years, Yamaha Music Education System has helped over 6 million children and adults learn to express themselves creatively through the language of music. Yamaha develops students' comprehensive abilities in an environment that inspires a love of music and a lifetime of active music participation.
Performances
Report
Our annual school recital comprises a large variety of artistic performances from Yamaha group ensembles, to soloists (piano, vocals, strings, percussion, brass and woodwind), to duets/trios, and to guest artists. Students are able to perform for their friends and family in a concert hall. This allows students to experience a chance to perform, build confidence, and gain a sense of accomplishment.

Cerritos and Chino Hills Yamaha Music School have been offering all styles of classes for charter school students who wish and desires to learn music. We believe that all students should have a chance to still be able to experience what is like to learn and understand music.
Music for Kids Age 3

Class activities are proven to help develop a child's fine motor-function, and encourage the expansion of musical vocabulary, expression, and numeracy. Music For Kids is the earliest music education program available to young students at our schools. Children are exposed to musical samples and techniques that lead to increased creativity.
Junior Musicians Course

Yamaha teachers are eager to work with both children and parents. They are committed to provide rewarding musical experiences for students. These rigorously trained musicians have passed demanding tests in musicianship and performance skills while also receiving training by the Yamaha Music Education System.
