Cancelation Policy

Appointments may only be cancelled by calling (781) 631-2275 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hour of the appointment you will be charged a service fee of $35 dollars. The total amount of the services scheduled may be charged in full amount of your scheduled grooming for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their reservation with at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
