Installation and construction of manufactured homes are regulated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Manufactured homes are also fabricated in a factory and delivered to the location of the home and may be financed by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) or an independent lender.

If you require a Ramp/Porch/Deck/Garage/Carport, please provide a Floor Plan with the desired location. Installation and construction of modular homes are governed by the International Residential Code (IRC) and the state where the home is installed. Modular homes are fabricated in a factory and delivered to the location of the home.
