The best tailors. Took a uniform jacket and had them rebuild it to fit me perfectly. Mending and buttons reasonably done. You'll be satisfied with Tom and Luigi's craftsmanship.

Took two pairs of the same brand jeans to be shortened by 3. Simple job, right? Nope. One pair came back 3 and the other 4. $15 wasted for alteration as one pair is now too short, plus the price of the jeans flushed down the drain. Wont be going back.

Very unorganized. Had to call multiple times to get the ball rolling. Nice people but unorganized. Three of my groomsmen's suits seams started letting go halfway through our reception.

Tom and Luigis Taylor Shop is extremely un organized as of 10/14/2021. I was apart of a wedding party and there were multiple rookie mistakes made.
First, Id like to say that Luigi was very polite and nice, however his kindness doesnt make up for his unorganized business practices. I paid 330 dollars for a suit package, where I had to provide one of my own dress shirts as he ordered the wrong size for me, and I have a very common sized shirt. One of the groomsmen was initially provided a suit that was completely wrong In color, which was corrected. Some of the other suit werent

Best tailors in ALL OF WESTERN NEW YORK! I've been coming here since I was a kid. Tom and Luigi and everyone who works there are so great and hospitable and there work is the BEST. I will never go to another tailor.
