Patients receive personalized hormone therapy plans and post-operative rehabilitation strategies to prevent recurrence. Our approach focuses on long-term symptom relief while preserving fertility options whenever possible.
Minimally Invasive Surgery
We offer advanced minimally invasive surgical options including robotic-assisted laparoscopy for pelvic conditions. These procedures feature smaller incisions, reduced recovery times, and lower complication rates compared to traditional open surgery. Our surgeons utilize precision techniques to treat complex cases while maintaining optimal patient safety and outcomes.
Pelvic Pain Management
Our pelvic pain program addresses both acute and chronic conditions through multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment. We employ diagnostic imaging, nerve mapping, and physical therapy assessments to identify pain sources. Treatment plans may include medication management, nerve blocks, physical therapy, and targeted interventions tailored to each patient's specific needs.
Uterine Fibroid Removal
We provide comprehensive fibroid management from conservative monitoring to surgical removal. Our minimally invasive myomectomy procedures preserve uterine integrity while alleviating symptoms like heavy bleeding and pelvic pressure. We utilize hysteroscopic and laparoscopic techniques to remove fibroids while minimizing recovery time and maintaining reproductive health.
Neuropelvology Services
Our neuropelveology program addresses pelvic nerve dysfunction through specialized diagnostic and treatment approaches. Dr. Robbins has completely CHANGED MY LIFE. I traveled from NC just to see him, and it was completely worth all of the time, effort and money. He actually listened to my symptoms, and he did not treat us condescendingly when we mentioned not wanting children, he just listened and took care of me! Other doctors wanted to just do a total hysterectomy and be done with it, Dr. Robbins saved an ovary, as well as excised endometriosis from my diaphragm, bowels, and other places. Now I am living 95% pain free, and did not have to go into menopause at age 26!

I had surgery with Dr. Robbins on December 6th. From the first time I contacted him, I was greeted with kindness, understanding, and a wealth of information that I had failed to find elsewhere. Dr. Robbins was very thorough in my treatment plan and explained everything to me so that all of my questions were answered before I could even ask!
Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome of my surgery. Dr. Robbins is by far the most skilled and knowledgeable doctor on endometriosis in the state of Maine. He provides answers and reassurance that are truly second to none. Thank you again, Dr. Robbins
