Critical:Professionalism,Punctuality,Responsiveness
There should be a zero selection for rating. Solar panels are on the house, but they do not work. Vinyasun was informed by the city that work was not performed to code. Justin has not communicated the remedy. They have not returned to fix the issue with installation, however they charged $39,200 for 26 non-functioning panels.

: I've had my system for four (4) years. It's always worked pretty well when it's working and when I've had problems the owner of the company always prioritized my service to get me back up and running. When our solaredge inverter failed under warranty they contacted the manufacturer, ordered a replacement, and installed it all at no charge. My insurance company required me to get a new roof and they took down the panels and put them back up very efficiently. I always recommend Justin and Vinyasun whenever I can.

Vinyasun has done outstanding work completing our installation. They have made the extra effort to explain everything to us about the workings of our system from a user and technical standpoint, including expectations for seasonal changes. My own recommendations:: 1) Install a couple of Tesla batteries with your system; 2) Give the system about 10 months so you can see the positive impact; 3) Hire Vinyasun; 4) If it's within your means, also get an electric vehicle.

I was quite impressed with these guys and their presentation. I appreciate the adjustments they've made during the pandemic to accommodate my family's safety while still doing their jobs. They took the time to answer all my questions regarding how a solar system works, and how the install was done. I didn't feel like I was being hit with high pressure sales tactics. They delivered on what was promised, and we couldn't be happier!

I've never had a complete business with them, but can guarantee that their customer support is horrible. I had a scheduled appointment and they did not show-up to the appointments. Neither picked up the phone nor responded to the email. I believe communication is basic etiquette for any business to run long. In this case I wouldn't do business with them because the initial impression about the company determines their long term customer support for the product. Over here it's on the bad side, so I prefer to move with someone else.
