If you prefer the group environment or just would like to learn some of the basics before switching to general membership, we have lots of class options for anyone interested in general strength training, fitness, weight loss or powerlifting.

I'm certified as a Personal Trainer in Wichita and Nutritional Specialist by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and have been training a variety of clients for about 6 years now. Hey everyone, Mindy Self here! I'm a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and am working toward obtaining a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification as well. Although I'm newly certified, I've been passionate about fitness for the better part of a decade.
I am continually working to improve my own fitness and gain more knowledge; in doing so over the past few years I found I enjoy sharing that knowledge and passion with others.As for myself, I'm an avid runner having run and placed in dozens of races ranging in distances from 5k's to ultramarathons and courses ranging in difficulty from flat road races to mountain trails.
