Many of our patients have approached me following their successful weight loss seeking help for reducing the skin laxity that results. There is only so much that exercise and resistance training can do for loose skin and patients are seeking better results. After having referred many patients for traditional plastic surgery, I have often received feedback that it is too expensive, not covered by insurance, painful, and can have a lot of downtime.
