WARRANTY: High Gear LLC warrants to the purchaser of this product (hereinafter "purchaser" or "you"), for the warranty period outlined in paragraph 3 below, that it will repair or replace, at High Gear LLC's option, using new or remanufactured parts, at High Gear LLC's option, any High Gear LLC 's Remanufactured Transmissions/ Transaxle that fails due to a defect in material of workmanship.
