I'm a current tenant, been staying in the property for eight months now, I think.
They were very patient with us while we were deciding on a place to move. They showed us our current residence multiple times, and let us walk through the whole place taking pictures.
I have -never- had a better experience as a tenant. If something breaks, someone is there to fix the problem straight away. On one occasion, I even had a plumbing issue that mysteriously fixed itself when the plumber arrived. No nasty emails or calls, or any complaint at all. The issue just got marked as resolved and we all moved on
