Very disappointed with my experience at this dealer. My family drove from Portland to Springfield to look at a ski/wakeboard boat from Great Wakes. Told Tim ahead of time we wanted to test drive it and ski behind the boat to get a feel for the wake. When we got there, he wouldn't let us ski and wouldn't even put the boat in the water unless we signed paperwork and committed to buying the boat. We wouldn't have wasted 6 hrs of our day on a cold fall afternoon if we weren't serious about buying. What dealer expects someone to pay $30,000 for a 13 year old boat without being able to test drive it

I bought a boat from here at the end of December, 2019 and they were super friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair and they threw in a bunch of used stuff like dock lines, life jackets, etc. -- so I could take it right out on the water. They encouraged a full boat inspection since it was sold as is without warranty. It was well worth the peace of mind for that. Icing on the cake: in April 2020 I found that the battery wasn't holding a charge after sitting over the winter and without hesitation they exchanged it for a good one even though I had no warranty on it. That is amazing service! Give these

Tim and Mitch were great to work with. We traveled from out of state so it was important that we knew what the boat was like before we arrived. We had the boat performance tested by the boat doctor which was very helpful. A year later we are still enjoying our time on the water. We purchased a 2016 Yamaha 212X.

Called and left a message for Tim regarding a boat that was just listed. Tim did not return my call so I called back and he told me he was aware I wanted a call back. Asked if the boat I wanted was still available and told him we wanted to buy it and what I needed to do. Tim stated he would send me the application for financing; however the financing company would close in the next couple of hours so we may not hear back till the morning. He said he would have the closing docs completed after hearing back from the finance company. Explained we live 2.5 hours away and we want the boat. He

Just purchased a used Sea Ray from these guys and couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. Working with Tim was great. Not pushy at all and felt like he was honest about everything the whole time. Also got what we felt was a great deal on the boat, especially given how good of condition it was in. Had it inspected by the Boat Doc and Tim took care the few little things that came up during the inspection. Overall great experience - wouldn't hesitate buying my next boat from these guys or recommending them to anyone we know. Now the long wait for summer so I
