Danny handled our inspection beautifully. This was our first inspection, and we were very nervous: CA homebuying is no joke! He was thorough, careful, and detail-oriented -- all the things you want in your inspector -- and then took the time to walk me through all of the findings in detail. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and clearly, laying out his answers accessibly but without talking down. He took extra time to engage with my teenager and pre-teen, too -- a little extra kindness that they both really appreciated. I'd give more stars if I could!

Sam showed up a little early and started off explaining the process. He answered all of my questions throughout and was very professional. He was very detailed oriented and knowledgeable about all elements of the building. On a side note he had really good quality equipment/tools and was very organized which just expressed he meant business. The report was presented on a tablet with high quality photos and sent via email right after the inspection. This was the type of experience that provides the confidence you want when buying a home.
