It is with mixed emotions that we announce that our Nurse Practitioner, Steven Powell, will be leaving our practice. He will be with us through the end of the summer and we will update as the time gets closer. He has chosen to further his education and career in the specialty of Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics.
We are very grateful for the time he has been a part the Cepero Pediatrics family. All of our staff and patients will miss him greatly, but we are so very proud of his personal growth and that our practice gave him the foundation to advance his career into a subspecialty. In his place, we will be getting Shannon Creedon, a nurse practitioner that is board certified in Pediatric Primary Care.

Our office is located at 3488 Depew Ave, Port Charlotte, FL 33952. We are centrally located offering easy access for patients with transportation problems needing other services related to the visit. We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment.

This model allows for me to physically see more patients, as well as to oversee more closely the work of our Extended Providers. To be able to accomplish this, I do not have a schedule of my own. Instead, all patients are scheduled with the APRN or the PA, who will see the patients first. I am not able to physically see every patient that comes to the office every day.
