BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady of the front desk doesnt care about customer. I had been going to this place for about two years. And today, I went without an appointment, and she told me I had to wait an hour. She didn't even explain to me why. There were no customers, there was no one waiting. when i walk in, she's supposed to say good morning, she was on her cell phone (playing like always) and she just said "what" I was like maybe she doesnt have breakfast, dont know! I don't care if I had to drive far I live near the zoo, and honestly I was going because the women who make wax are

First time here! i was so happy to get an appointment in especially since it was sunday on halloween!! very good staff! as a waxer myself, i was pleased to have such a great experience. minimum pain (i am a big baby) which i loved. eleydis was very sweet and kind. she waxed me quickly and effectively. this is my new spot!
