Staff at the office was very friendly and professional. There was no wait time. I was seen right at my appointment time. Office was very clean and office staff and Doctors took all precautions to keep their clients protected and safe. Doctor and nurses were friendly and professional. I found them to be thorough and they set up the appropriate follow up treatment necessary.

Dr. Malis is great, however, whoever is running his office needs to be replaced immediately. My son had tubes put in in February. It is now June and we have yet to have his follow up because they keep rescheduling us. Our most recent appointment was yesterday at 1:30. We arrived to a locked office, no one there, and when I called the office number I got the answering service. The woman at the answering service said they have gotten multiple complaints by other patients with similar issues. In fact, there was another patient waiting in the hall with me as well who was scheduled at the same time

Dr. Malis is the best! My one year old had surgery on his ears and has not had an issue since and Dr. Malis also removed my polyps and did a great job. : )
