Pottery Classes
Our pottery classes teach wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques to all skill levels. Students learn centering clay, shaping vessels, and glazing methods while creating functional and decorative pieces. The studio provides all necessary tools and materials for both individual and group sessions.
Coppersmithing Workshops
These workshops cover fundamental metalworking techniques including cutting, forming, and texturing copper. Participants create custom jewelry and decorative items using professional tools and safety equipment under expert instructor guidance during scheduled session times.
Artisan Jewelry Making

Last year I surprised my husband with a very unique Ghost-themed date at Mud Puddle Pottery. We had so much fun! Sharon Ingram is a wonderful teacher and she was able to transform my novice pieces into beautiful functional art by glazing them. My husband was thrilled with the experience because he had always wanted to try pottery and the ghost-theme made our date memorable. Mud Puddle Pottery is offering this themed date again for Valentine's Day 2022. I highly encourage you to try it out if you are looking for a fun + spicy date.

This is my favorite place in the world! The owner is honest and does everything she can to serve her customers and meet their needs. Even if not buying, the gallery is wonderful. Her husband is very helpful with product information. I wish them much success in their business and strongly recommend it as it was recommended to me.

I really love this place. Ive taken a couple of the wheel throwing classes since moving to Bellevue last fall. It was such a nice find out around this part of town. Everything about it is like the ultimate self care to me. I love the drive out there, the classes, the various events, the teachers. This place is a gem for sure and Im so glad I found it!

The worst learning environment Ive ever encountered. I advise against the pottery class specifically as the teacher was unprofessional and discriminated against students. The owner, Sharon Ingram, provided dishonest information regarding curriculum and displayed a general lack of communication and unwillingness to address or rectify the situation. There are much better environments to learn in closer to Nashville.
