I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist and an Energy and Somatic Medicine Practitioner (CA Certification #58451, BCTMB #866842). My massage journey began in 2006 while working as the Student Counselor at a massage school which led to me taking classes, and my own Mother was a profound body worker who taught me that soothing touch could provide unfathomable results for people.
I have over 1,000 hours of training and my specialty is truly an Integrative approach - combining different massage modalities to work with your body's innate healing power to create change. My years of experience as a body worker affirm that physical pain and limitations are a sign of so much more than just the "usual aches and pains" or signs of aging.

Before our session, we will do a brief consultation and go over your intake form. After discussing your initial concerns for coming in, I will create a personalized therapeutic session that is specific to your needs and addresses the layers and places you are ready to go.
After our session, I will go over how to take care of your body following our session in the most optimal way; I will provide recommendations for further massage sessions based on your initial concerns and how I can help in those areas; I will provide recommendations on breathing and stretching techniques to do at home, work, etc. that will support you in staying connected to your body throughout your daily life.

I offer my massage services for all events - seminars, wellness fairs, trade shows, parties, anniversaries, and grand openings. I have also been actively involved with providing Corporate massage for the past several years as many corporations, small businesses and municipalities have found massage therapy to be a low cost benefit that helps to attract and retain quality employees and help them achieve peak performance.
