We are a Patient Centered Medical Home. We have been serving the community for nearly 30 years. We are here for your child's primary care needs from birth to age 21. We offer access to care outside of regular business hours on Monday evenings till 7 pm & Saturday Mornings from 9:00 AM to Noon. Our on-call clinician can be reached outside office hours anytime day or night.

We have same day appointments slots available in the morning and afternoon for each clinician on site to meet your child's primary care needs care so don't hesitate to call and make an appointment. Please prepare ahead to be one time to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more you may loss your appointment slot, or be asked to wait while on time patients are seen.
Wellness Appointments

Arrive 15 minutes early for your child's well visit and remember to bring at least one parent / caregiver for each child scheduled to ensure your appointment goes smoothly. Is your child trying out for sports next year? Schedule a health check today, and we can do a sports physical at no additional cost to you.
ADHD Management

Does your child need to be evaluated for ADHD? You're in the right place. Dr. Peeples has nearly 25 years of experience in treating ADD and ADHD. Once we have received these forms, please call and schedule an ADHD evaluation. Dr. Peeples schedules 1 new ADHD evaluation appointment per day because there is usually a waiting period to get into this appointment.
