Emmett grew up spending his summers bunking in the original boathouse on his grandparent's lake property in northern Minnesota. When he moved to Prior Lake, he found the lake-life community was strong in the town, but the brewery scene had yet to make a strong stand in the southern suburbs.

Our Base Porter, aged on Madagascar Vanilla and Cameron's Espresso beans. Perfect for the start or finish of any day whether you are on the lake, on our patio or in the taproom. After a few appearances for our #5GallonFridays, this beauty is back, but we decided to soften up our original Brown Ale with a nitrogen style pour that gives it the creamy texture a peanut butter beer deserves.

1 in 100 children are born with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD), supporting CHD research and treatment is a cause that is is personal to us. That is why we created our "Brewed With Heart" series, we want to help Children's Heart Clinic continue its research and constant improvements on the treatments for all the little heart warriors out there.

Gaelic translation for "Copper-Red Sails", this brew lives up to its name, and when it catches the sunlight just right, its not hard to imagine a rainbow leading right into your pint. A lightly fruited pale ale blending both American and UK malted barley for an extremely drinkable beer whetheryou're in the taproom or out on the sand.

Well over a year ago, I sat down at this computer and hammered out a deliriously exhausted and heartfelt "thank you" to everyone who made. It has been a whirlwind summer and even though we barely have time to catch our breath between projects, meetings and stacks of. After months (years, almost) of searching, planning, zoning meetings, calls to city officials, contractor estimates and SBA.
