I bought one of their lanterns from Home Goods and it was missing a piece. I reached out to see if I could purchase the missing piece but they offered to send me the missing piece for free. It was sent within 24 hours of my request. Excellent customer service, will definitely purchase another lantern in the future!

We bought two strings of solar lights. The first string works okay...stays lit for about 5 hours. The second string doesn't work at all. I emailed customer service over a week ago with my concerns. No reply. They are dollar store lights at designer prices. Shop elsewhere. Dear Allsop. Look 4 sentences above. I DID EMAIL YOU!! You did NOT reply...until I gave you a bad review. Turn off the computer responses and reach out as a human being. Your customer service is as cheap as your products. Bad news!

Have a Soji Stella Solar Lantern... would not buy or recommend this product. It didn't work on 1st try. After 3 attempts at taking it apart & replacing the solar battery it finally did work! Really!!! Spend $25 on something to spend 2 hours repairing it. And, the light put out is extremely dim. We had planned on buying 5 more, but plans are now cancelled.
