I have a tremendous phobia of dentists due to a long history of negative experiences with previous dentists. All I wanted was to find someone who would listen to me respect my concerns, and put me at ease by offering a realistic plan of care. I wasn't very optimistic. My first appointment I was greeted by the warmest people and was finally at ease with a dentist. Walter is genuinely compassionate and took the time to explain the available options then gave his recommendations. By the end of the first appointment I had a plan of care that I was happy with. Throughout my life I have been terrified of dental visits; despite the fact that I am a mental health practitioner and help many people with phobias, I couldnt subdue my own fear...I began treating with Dr. Leckowitz and that has all changed - he is extraordinarily skilled, utilizes the most cutting-edge techniques and tools, hes kind, caring and empathetic, and his team is awesome!!!
