Dentists who prefer taking digital impressions with an intraoral scanner can utilize our in-house, state-of-the-art digital design and milling center. We download your digital impression into our CAD (Computer Aided Design) system where we design the restoration in 3-D. We then mill the restoration in our CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) system.

Our goal is to make your investment in digital technology an asset, not a burden. Utilizing your intraoral scanner, you can send us digital impression files (.STL) to our in-house digital design & milling center. Restorations are completed by one of our 10-year+ veteran technicians. We will guide you through the process - just give us a call at 855-704-0894 to schedule a time.

We design and mill all zirconia restorations in-house and offer a discounted rate for digitally-submitted cases. FCZ (Full Contour Zirconia) is an ideal option for bruxir patients. At a microscopic level, its monolithic crystalline structure is smooth, which aids in decreasing wear on opposing teeth while providing impressive strength of 700-1100 MPa.
