Big Blue Spa has been providing quality spa and pool service and repairs in the Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley since 2007. We collect as much information as possible prior to going out to ensure we stock our truck with as many parts possible to fix the problem on that initial call out.

We believe in delivering nothing but quality and integrity in everything we do from sales to service and everything in between! You can also find a complete array of chemicals, filters, spa covers, cover lifters, and other spa equipment at our shop.

Our service technicians are CPO certified and we provide internal follow-up training with our techs on a semi-annual basis. Our technicians work from an electronic route sheet that time stamps their arrival and departure time from each stop. As a contracted service customer you will receive email door hangers giving you detailed information about the service that was performed including the spa water readings and the time of service.
