City Speech Center
At City Speech Center, we believe that your child should be heard loud and clear. The good news is: whether you have a toddler with a speech delay, a child with autism, or a teen with unclear speech-we believe that your child can succeed! We take pride in assisting our clients to reach their goals and potential.

Providing pediatric speech therapy, in-house or at our office, is what we do best. For close to 20 years, we have seen consistent success by providing dynamic speech therapy for children in a friendly and relaxed environment. We realize that building a positive relationship with both parent and child goes a long way toward effective therapy.

Autism
Report
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental disability that typically appears during the first three years of life. It is the result of a neurological disorder that affects the normal functioning of the brain and impacts development in the areas of social interaction and communication skills.
Resources
Report
At City Speech Center, we understand that long term speech therapy may present financial difficulties. In our many years of practice, we have helped families apply for grants from 3rd party financial resources. A number of organizations offer grants to help cover the cost of speech and language therapy treatment for families.
Screen Time
Report
Is there a way to avoid a visit to a speech language pathologist for potential language delays? Decreasing screen time is one answer! Over the past 10 years, my colleagues and I noticed a disturbing trend. Parents were bringing their bright, young children into our office for speech and language delays.
Speech Apps
Report
Parents often ask if there's anything they can do to help their child's speech progress in between sessions. One method we have found most helpful is to practice on speech apps. While your child may think he is merely playing a game, he is actually building his speech and language skills! It'll be our secret!
