Sandra and Everette Middleton opened Paddle Stone Equestrian Center's doors in 2000, to boarders and students and has grown into one of the largest operations in the Lexington area. PSEC has served as a foster home for neglected or unwanted horses, Thoroughbreds recently retired from racing, as well as a training center for the young rider.
Our facility is based around making horses affordable for all in a laid back environment, while educating people about proper care and nutrition. The past few years we have focused on fundraising for Equine Rescue organizations and host a huge event yearly called the E.P.I.C. tack sale. Please browse through our new website and you will understand why PSEC is in such high demand!

This arena is River Sand footing. LARGE GGT fiber footing outdoor arena surrounded by a mature tree line for shade. Lots of fun jumps to explore as well as a seating area for onlookers.
Rehoming Program
Report
Throughout the years PSEC has become one of Lexington's most active facilities in offering homes to equines in need. Our hope is to keep unwanted or neglected horses from ending up in the slaughter pipe line. We believe all horses need a chance, but to ensure we are able to place our horses in proper homes we do have a small requirement list.
