Services
Neurofeedback Therapy
Neurofeedback therapy uses real-time EEG monitoring to improve brain function through self-regulation training. This non-invasive treatment helps clients manage conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD by strengthening neural pathways. Backed by 50+ years of research, our neurofeedback sessions promote better emotional regulation and cognitive performance for lasting mental health improvements.
Trauma Counseling
Our trauma counseling combines EMDR and somatic therapies to resolve PTSD and developmental trauma. Certified clinicians guide clients through evidence-based protocols that separate traumatic memories from physiological responses. This approach helps individuals process unresolved trauma and develop healthier coping mechanisms for improved emotional well-being.
QEEG Brain Mapping
QEEG brain mapping provides quantitative analysis of cortical activity patterns through digital EEG technology. This diagnostic tool creates color-coded maps comparing individual brain function to normative databases. The results guide personalized treatment plans by identifying specific areas needing neurofeedback or neuromodulation interventions.
Biofeedback Training
Biofeedback training teaches voluntary control over physiological processes like heart rate and muscle tension. Using sensor technology, clients learn to regulate stress responses and manage chronic pain conditions. This medication-free approach strengthens the mind-body connection for improved physical and emotional health outcomes.
Neuromodulation Therapy
Neuromodulation therapy uses pulsed electromagnetic fields and electrical currents to optimize brainwave patterns. Guided by qEEG data, we apply tACS, tDCS, and PEMF technologies to treat depression, insomnia, and chronic pain. This non-invasive treatment works synergistically with neurofeedback to enhance overall therapeutic effectiveness.

Love the doctors and support here. Our son has had anxiety issues since he was born. Counseling and medication wasn't working and we we're at a loss. Dr. Thurber helped our son go from not talking, curling up in a ball, seeing a psychiatrist and wanting to kill himself, to a wonderful 8th grader with goals to attend SVTAcademy. He had been off his medication for over there years, has friends and is now loved by all of his teachers. I cannot recommend the services Neurotherapy provides enough.

If you're considering scheduling an appointment, do not wait! They offer biofeedback, neurofeedback, counseling, and peak performance training, and you can always mix-and-match between services depending on your needs. I always made appointments with Dr. Myron Thurber, who I highly, highly recommend. I honestly cannot write a review that can sufficiently explain how this practice has helped me and improved my life. I have used it to do better in school, manage stress, anxiety and fears, and for personal troubles. While everyone will have a unique set of needs, thanks to the work of Dr.
