Report
David's training is in experiential psychotherapies such as gestalt, bioenergetics, psychomotor, and psychodynamic therapy. This training came in the early stages of his career as he realized the depth and intensity of people's life stories. More specifically, this highlighted his sense that what happens to us experientially remains with us.
Relationship Counseling
Report
Being in a relationship is like a test; a test of how you treat yourself, and how you treat others with whom you are intimate. There are three essential elements; you, your partner, and the feelings/energy/spirit between you. Therefore, you must take care of and nurture the relationship in a balanced way while asking your partner to do the same.

Chief of Child Development Unit at Children's Hospital and Professor at Harvard Medical School. The following is feedback I received for the manuscript of my book Heartful Parenting. I am deeply grateful for the acknowledgement and appreciation Dr. Berry Brazelton, Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, had for my work.
Anxiety
Report
Living in a world burdened by new and persistent problems of family, work, and life in general, it does not come as a surprise that mental health issues have become widely pervasive amongst our generation. It's not uncommon to feel a tad bit anxious before a significant moment in your life; this may include a big presentation at a corporate seminar, or preparing to propose to your loved one, or starting a new job.
Depression
Report
Dealing with depression is never easy. The more aspects of your life that trouble you, the more challenging it gets to stay self-assured. You don't have to go through it alone. It's also important to not ignore the symptoms of your depression. You may have been told that it's just stress or grief, and that you will be fine if you just "think positive."
