I called Ed and he was available to do my home inspection within a few days. I was very impressed because the previous company I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks and they were expensive. Ed did an excellent job at a very affordable price. He gave me access to my home inspection report through a portal and I even had an option to take actions, like a "to do list". I never saw this kind of precision. Very high quality compare to his competitors. I will not hesitate to call him again and definitely recommend him if you are looking for a very professional home inspection.

My wife and I got ripped off in Virginia by a bad inspector who didnt notice that the house she was inspecting didnt have a footing and had three courses of brick in the foundation. We lost everything due to her incompetence. She came recommended by our realtor.
So, as you can imagine we were more thorough when picking an inspector for our next house. Ed Stiles came highly recommended from multiple sources. We had Ed come to a house we wanted to buy in the Turtle creek neighborhood. He spotted some cracks in the foundation and explained possible causes but recommended we get a specialist to inspect
