Save yourself some time and visit another Podiatrist who truly cares . From the Dr ti the call center . This experience has been horrific . They rarely answer the phone . Once they finally did i was met by "Cathy" who made it clear that she did not care about my issue and that should would rather cancel my orthotics that I have waited months for . The Dr was upset and rude when i explained to him that the orthotics given did not help. Furthermore when i was advised of the time to pick up my orthodox at the advised time to pick them up. The office was closed and apparently all employees

I do not recommend this place. Not very competent . The Dr. did not recommend orthotics because of the price, showed me cheaper insoles I could get online. Yet she still managed to bill my insurance over $300 and I had to cover the $100+ difference. I would have felt better about paying if I was able to get the orthotics I came for. I would not return to this practice or recommend it based on my experience.

This first time I am giving a review on Yelp. Today I had an appointment to see one of the doctors to look at my foot. I was there a few times before to see a different doctor. I can't remember the doctor's name I was supposed to see today. This is what happened. I got to my appointment 10 minutes early. The AC was not working, so they had fans. The nurse called me back on time. The nurse was very nice. She said the doctor will be in few minutes and closed the door. I end up opening up the door 15 minutes later because I was hot. I was waiting and waiting no one came. After waiting

**SPOILER ALERT** This is a lengthy review. If you don't like reading long, detailed reviews then do not click 'Read More' or continue.

ATMOSPHERE/SETTING: I form my first impression of a medical practice by its waiting room/reception area. We Treat Feet's Owings Mills location reception area is lackluster. Everything from the lighting to the flooring was just old. The practice is in a basement, and I felt I was in one. Their waiting room chairs are stained and dirty. The receptionist is behind Plexiglas with a sliding window. So welcoming! The exam rooms are small and narrow
