Haydens Gymnastics & Cheer Academy (HIGA) has been training Champions for Life in the sport of gymnastics and cheerleading since 1994. A Champion for Life is someone who is positive, caring and focuses on the bigger picture. Here at HIGA we strive to be and to teach just that.
