Custom Metal Fabrication
We provide precision fabrication of carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components up to 6" thick. Our capabilities include laser cutting, plasma cutting, and forming of parts up to 16' in length. With 50+ years of experience, we deliver complex weldments containing over 200 parts to OEMs in construction, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
CNC Machining
Our machining services handle parts up to 20,000 lbs using vertical and horizontal machining centers. We offer 5-axis capabilities with 60-station tool changers and 4th-axis positioners. This complements our fabrication capacity, allowing complete in-house manufacturing of complex metal components.
Robotic Welding
We utilize ABB IRB 2600 six-axis robotic welding systems with part touch sensing and seam tracking. Our AWS-certified welders perform non-destructive testing on all welds, ensuring structural integrity for complex assemblies in military, rail, and industrial applications.
Industrial Finishing
Our in-house finishing services include shot blasting, liquid spray painting, and powder coating. The Pangborn ES-2050 continuous motion conveyor system handles parts up to 25' long, while our batch booth accommodates large-scale coating projects with temperature-controlled curing ovens.
Turnkey Assembly
We provide full assembly services integrating mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems. Our team completes final inspections and ships directly to end customers, reducing supply chain complexity for OEM partners in HVAC, wastewater, and heavy equipment manufacturing.

We bought some robotic tooling from d and s. They were very helpful with manufacturing advice and they gave us a nice tour of the factory. Very impressive. High quality products being made right here in America.
