We are a 3rd generation family owned farm that loves horses. We have 16 matted 10x12 stalls as well as 20 pasture board spots to offer. As a non-competition barn, we cater to all disciplines. We are located just 10 miles from Downtown Athens and UGA but you'll feel as if you are hours away. Chateau Elan, Conyers International Horse Park, and many state parks are just a short trailer ride away.
We have a 60' round pen, a 130' x 330' lighted arena with jumps, a hot/cold wash rack, and miles of trails with all types of terrain. Over the past couple of years, we have added 4 additional stalls to one of our barns and we purchased an additional 40 acres so that we can have access to more trail and horse area.

Pasture board includes round rolls in pasture (winter only) and full time in one of our 6 pastures. We seperate our pastures into mare and gelding pastures. We offer stall usage, when they are available, for more confined movement restriction issues when 24hr confinement is needed. Price is $15/day for a pasture boarded horse and $7.50/day for a stall boarded horse.
Training

Here at DancingTree Farms, we cater to all horse lovers no matter your discipline of choice. Although we do not have an on-site trainer, we partner with a local talent who has a lifetime of experience. Her name is Hillary Davis Layer. You can contact her through email here or by phone at 706-248-7788.

We have 2 barns and offer a total of 16 stalls. Two of our stalls are 12x12 and we have a birthing stall with its own connected paddock that is 15x20. The remainder of our stalls are all 10x12. Each stall is matted, has its own fan, and has a slow feed hay box. We use water buckets, not use automatic waterers, for stalls because we like to know how much water your horse is taking in daily.
Breeding
Report
Due to unfortunate events, Razz is no longer with us. He was a beautiful 2004 Bay Leopard Appaloosa/Colorado Ranger and was a great mover and jumper with wonderful bloodlines. We do have frozen semen from him and have a mare on hand we are planning to have bred. Fingers crossed, we might just get to keep this wonderful bloodline going.
