Henry "Hank" Perdue started Perdue Marine by buying and selling boats in Freeport, Illinois in the early '70s. As an entrepreneur with a passion for boating, Hank knew he needed to be closer to the largest private residential lake in the state of Illinois - Lake Carroll. Lake Carroll, north of Lanark, Illinois in those days had become a fast-growing lake community in need of a business that could provide full boating services.

Duties can vary, such as mechanical, hauling, launching, loading and unloading boats, building and installing lift and docks, and detailing customer's boats. We are willing to train the right person. Pay will be negotiated based on experience.
