Outstanding experience working with Larry Wahl, Chance and Christina at Knapp's Chevrolet Buick in Blissfield. Larry is low key yet very professional and knowledgeable. On delivery day he gave me the most complete & thorough feature by feature presentation I've ever received. His product knowledge was amazing and I left the dealership with a real head start on learning the operation of this new truck. Great place, nicest people!

My son just bought a used vehicle a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday morning, took it for a test drive, brought it back and wanted to purchase it, so they took it to clean it up and put gas in it. He left his $350 pair of sunglasses inside while he did paperwork. Excited about his purchase he didn't notice the missing glasses until he was on his way home. I'm sure there were a limited number of employees in the building at that time, but they have not been able to return his glasses or let us know if the culprit was ever caught. Kevin VanErt's customer service was top-notch! I inquired about a car via the website and he reached out right away. He was never pushy and he was willing to email and text our communications. Kevin was one of the reasons I purchased a car via Knapp over other dealers. I would like to mention that Chris and Wendy were also very helpful with getting all the paperwork straight behind the scenes. I don't know the names of the others that helped with putting my plates on my new car. All the Knapp employees were pleasant! you have a great crew! Kudos to Kevin and Knapp!
