Jane Pauley Community

The Jane Pauley Community Health Center (JPCHC) was established in 2009 with generous support from the Metropolitan School District of Warren Township, Community Health Network, and the Community Health Network Foundation. It is named after Jane Pauley, a 1968 Warren Central High School graduate who grew up in the area and is well-known as the former anchor of NBC TV's Today and Dateline programs.

The Jane Pauley Community Health Centers provide a wide range of available services to best accommodate our patients' needs. We offer patient-centered care devoted to finding treatments and solutions that best work to fit our patients' medical needs and lifestyles. Our providers and staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and ensure that those who come into our health centers are greeted with a smile.

The Jane Pauley Community Health Center offers a range of pediatric services, from well-baby and well-child visits to vaccinations, preventative care, and acute care. Our pediatric providers treat newborns to 17 year olds, and are skilled at working with parents to help manage their child's care.

At The Jane Pauley Community Health Center we understand that making decisions for your child's health can at times be stressful, so our providers ensure that parents are given all of the information needed to make these important choices.Our providers will work with parents and patients to choose the best path for your child's overall health and wellness.

Obstetric and gynecological services are offered at two locations: 1210B Medical Arts Boulevard, Suite 300 in Anderson, as well as our location on Shadeland Avenue in Indianapolis, 2040 N. Shadeland Avenue, Suite 300. Our OB/GYN providers at these locations offer prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care for those wishing to become pregnant, those who are currently expecting, and those who have recently given birth.

The Jane Pauley Community Dental Centers offer a range of dental services, including cleanings, fillings, sealants, and routine extractions. Patients requiring other dental procedures, such as root canals, dentures, crowns, and implants are offered referrals to a partnering organization who provides these services at affordable rates.
