The Hearken Hearing & Audiology people are very amiable. I went to a discount hearing aid department at a large wholesale club and the lady there was not able to get a good audiology test and told me to go to a Doctor of Audiology to get a valid test. I told Dr. Pettits office that I wanted to get a test to take to the hearing aid department of the wholesale club. They gave me the same great treatment as they would give a buyer of their hearing aids. Dr. Pettit gave me some very valuable advice in regard to things to consider when buying hearing aids. We have been there twice. The doctor did a great job with my hyper 8 year old and his nonstop questions. Appointments have been easy to get and the staff have been very helpful dealing with weird insurance situations and working with the other providers involved.
