He felt there had to be a better way and wanted to help others avoid what he just went through. After his bad experience, our founder knew that the mold removal industry needed an honest, straight-forward company to help others.
Fast forward to the present. Since 2006, we have fixed mold problems in thousands of properties and provided clean air to all the countless people involved in the process. The price of mold removal varies significantly per job because all jobs are different in size and scope. Mike was really responsive. He came out right away, gave me an estimate soon after, then came out and did the job the next day once I gave him approval. He did a great job too. I've already recommended him to other real estate agents that I work with and passed out his business cards to many people.

I feel like most companies prey off of people's fear of mold, but Travis gave honest, practical and reasonable solutions. Did you know that almost every indoor environment has mold at low levels? It's true! But when there is visible mold in a home or the number of airborne mold spores is higher than normal, a mold problem exists.

When mold is discovered during a pre-sale home inspection or buyer's showing, it often causes major stress for everyone involved. Many times, deals are put on hold or completely collapse as a result. While the existence of mold in the home is unfortunate, it doesn't have to halt a property transaction in its tracks when it's discovered during the home inspection or buyer showing.

Mike from Moldman assured me the discoloring was from minerals due to condensation getting in the room and that, by EPA standards, I could safely clean the area myself. He gave advice on the best way to clean the area and remove the staining. Very honest and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.
