I had been putting off getting help and finally went in and met Andy. He made me feel very at ease, explained how they would help. Explained the results of the test and he told me how I was having hearing difficulties just by looking at the test results. Then he thoroughly explained all the different options I had selecting devices that would suit me best. Andy provides a great service to the community. I usually write short reviews,but I have alot to say about this place... I went with a friend who wasn't hearing well. Andy examined current hearing aids, which are 14 years old and offered to clean and repair as well as possible. He administered hearing test in sound proof booth. Then I knew why my friend couldn't hear me! Andy completely explained test results. I suggested new aids, with the new technology.
